Get to Know the Role
The Business Operations Assistant Manager plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining organizational efficiency across multiple functions. This includes managing pre-sales processes like legal document submissions and payment activations, overseeing GrabGifts operations, handling post-sales support for corporate services, monitoring with CRM tools, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless operations. You will report to the Manager, and will work fully on-site at our Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Pre-Sales Operations: Manage end-to-end onboarding and new acquisition process
- Campaign Promo Operations: Oversee campaign creations, create SOPs, and monitor team activities, and ensure compliance with promotional guidelines and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Post-Sales Support: Handle complaints, issues, and inquiries for Corporate services.
- CRM Management: Monitor and report using Salesforce
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, Customer Support to enable seamless operations.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of pre-sales and post-sales processes, including legal and compliance requirements.
- Data Management Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce to ensure data reliability and billing accuracy.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to handle complaints and inquiries effectively while maintaining service quality.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and others, to drive operational excellence.
- Process Optimization: Experience in creating and monitoring SOPs to ensure efficient workflows and compliance.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
