Grab for Business is the B2B SaaS team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food & package deliveries as well as related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We actively engage with top companies and top brands and we must drive successful key account management in our organisation.
Get to Know the Role
Grab for Business is looking for a passionate Key Account Assistant Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will grow key B2B accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth for Grab's business services. You will report to the Manager, and work full on-site at our Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Strategic Account Management: Own and grow a portfolio of key "Grab for Business" accounts, driving revenue through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and relationship management.
- Performance Analysis & Planning: Analyze account performance, KPIs, and market trends to develop strategic plans that identify and capture growth opportunities.
- Client Engagement & Value Demonstration: Lead regular business reviews, delivering compelling presentations that demonstrate Grab's value and ensure client satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Solutioning: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement tailored solutions that meet clients' evolving transportation and delivery needs.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Education: Min. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: 3-5 years in B2B account management or sales; background in tech, ride-hailing, or delivery would be an added value.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Google Suite (GSheet, GSlides, GDoc)
- Market & Tech Skills: Knowledge of the Indonesian business landscape, with proficiency in managing complex client portfolios using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Core Competencies: Lead cross-functional projects, analyze data to inform strategy, and present compelling solutions to C-level executives.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
