Get to Know the Team

The OneGrab Marketing team under IMC drives impactful campaigns to strengthen Grab's brand love and deliver the "GrabForGood" message. If you're passionate about strategic marketing and creating meaningful brand experiences, join us!

Get to Know the Role

You will look after OneGrab projects, focusing on designing and implementing campaigns that strengthen Grab's brand love among the public. Reporting directly to the OneGrab Marketing Manager under the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) team. With Grab, you will need to execute while navigating through the chaos and taking hands-on actions promptly. You need to demonstrate analytical skill and share project ROI to key stakeholders. You able to excel even with limited information and maintain effective stakeholder management. You will be based 5 days onsite at Grab's office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will manage the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns, including concept ideation, media and go-to-market strategy, and creating campaigns that resonate with the public.
  • You will react fast to mid-campaign performance, using public sentiment analysis to adjust activities for relevance and improvement.
  • You will develop brand marketing campaigns and activities to ensure brand presence, insightful communications, and relevance to deliver the "GrabForGood" message.
  • You will work with stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, social media, media buying, events for Grab

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
  • You have 1+ years of experience. Preferably with a background in An agency, Consulting or FMCG with expertise in branding, online, or performance marketing
  • You can create impactful campaigns and develop wow and memorable marketing ideas strategically and creatively
  • You are focused on achieving objectives and work collaboratively, with experience engaging with stakeholders to meet targets.
