Grab's Demand team (in which the Campaigns/Demand Ops sits) is the heartbeat of our organization to catalyze the company's consistent growth. We draw strength from our profound understanding of our customers' needs, and utilize this knowledge to tailor consumer journeys, promotions and services that cater incredibly well to them.From recommending delectable dishes tailored to our consumers' unique preferences, to offering promotions that are beneficial for our merchants, our team charts the growth path. Being a data-driven unit, we masterfully leverage information to yield actionable insights. Coupled with innovative marketing solutions, we aim to not only meet but anticipate and surpass our customers' expectations.

Get to Know the Role

This role provides an opportunity to drive significant impact. Primarily based at Grab's Jakarta Office, the successful candidate will assume a pivotal role in leading and executing improvements to the end-to-end processes of Demand initiatives throughout Indonesia. Responsibilities for this role extend beyond mere execution, encompassing the assurance of seamless and efficient end-to-end implementation and continuous refinement for enhanced overall promotional experiences. You will be reporting to Senior Manager, Demand Operations and based in Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operations efficiency and Merchant experience
  • Maintain, monitor and analyze campaigns participation data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regional and Country) in daily and project basis
  • Identify and escalate improvements needed related to Products
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to address gaps
  • Operational excellence - drive continuous improvement initiatives within the demand ops function

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 2+ years of experience in campaign operations or project management
  • Excellent project management
  • Proficient to use tools like SQL, and PowerBI
  • Demonstrates a strong desire for continuous improvement
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on driving operational excellence
