Grab Express in Vietnam is a part of our logistics services that focuses on providing fast and reliable delivery solutions. The team is dedicated to ensuring that packages are delivered, whether it's for personal use or our needs. We handle a variety of delivery options, including same-day delivery, which is super convenient for urgent needs. The team is also focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring that both senders and recipients have a smooth experience.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Logistics Manager with commercial and sales experience to increase business growth for GrabExpress. You will take full ownership of both strategic partner development and operational execution, ensuring that sales targets and service excellence go hand-in-hand.
You will report to Head, GrabExpress.
You will work onsite at HCM City.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Commercial Growth & Partner Management
•Own and implement growth strategies to expand GrabExpress's market share across important customer segments (B2B and SMEs).
•Lead the sales and account management teams to acquire new partners and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
•Develop and manage incentive schemes, sales plans, and monthly targets to improve performance.
•Monitor and improve P&L for commercial operations; identify main levers for increasing revenue and margin.
•Build data-driven business cases for new growth programs, using customer insights and competitor benchmarks.
•Collaborate with teams (Marketing, Product, Strategy) to design and launch impactful go-to-market plans.
Operational Excellence
•Lead the logistics operations team and service quality.
•Align commercial and operational goals to provide a seamless customer experience.
•Work with the tech and operations teams to propose new features, or automation team.
•Stay on top of industry trends and competitive intelligence to keep GrabExpress ahead in the market.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, FMCG, or eCommerce with a track record in commercial or sales leadership.
- Experience about P&L ownership.
- Experience hitting/exceeding sales targets and leading teams.
