The Grab for Business team focuses on providing solutions tailored for corporate clients. We offer services like ride-hailing, food delivery, and logistics, all designed to enhance employee productivity and improve business operations.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development, GFB VN to join our Grab For Business (GFB) team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. You will grow main client relationships, increasing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our portfolio of GFB products.

You will report to Head of KAM GFB VN.

You will work onsite at HCMC.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Find new accounts and develop relationships with assigned important accounts, serving as the primary contact
  • Analyze market trends and customer need to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Create compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our products and solutions
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure delivery of products and resolution of customer issues
  • Monitor and report on goals for assigned accounts
  • Develop and implement account- strategies to exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and team members
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client relationships
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand our presence in the Vietnamese market

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or similar role in partnership with top companies.
  • Experience managing main accounts
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Experience researching and generating leads
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospect
  • In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese market and culture
