The Regional Collections team is an experienced and diverse group responsible for driving collection strategies, training, quality control, data, and analytics across multiple markets and segments. Get to Know the Role

• We are looking for an associate for the Regional Collections Strategy team to design and deploy collection strategies to respective country collection teams.
• You will report into the Manager, Regional Collections Strategy and be based in Singapore, working onsite in our one-north office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop dynamic collection strategies across driver, consumer and merchant segments in the regions, including new activities, change requests, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support new technology launches, audit processes, collection processes
• Collaborate and support regional country collection on collection strategy and issue resolution
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, Data Science, Product / Technology engineering team to ensure collection readiness for all new product launches and tech upgrades
• End-to-end UAT of strategies, new product version launches and ensuring production system readiness with product/tech engineers

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science & AI, or Business Informatics with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in SQL (MSSQL is good to have), managing multiple systems, including dialers and collection software.
• Proficiency in APIs, system workflows, and integration methodologies.
• Proficiency in AI and precise prompt engineering to achieve desired outputs.
• Competent in testing software and system integrations and experienced in developing country / product specific test scripts and execution
• Good documentation skills with G-suites and tools to make flowcharts and presentations
• Lending and Collections background is good to have
