GrabFood Omni-commerce is a growing team responsible for growing omni-commerce solutions in the market. We make critical decisions to serve the lives of merchant-partners and providing best offers for our consumers. If this excites you, you should join our team!

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Strategic & Planning Associate to improve how we operationalize our business. The role will be based onsite at our Jakarta office reporting to the Senior Manager, Omnicommerce GrabFood. The role will be fully onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Strategize and manage our Dine-out Deals page, working closely with Eater Ops, marketing and growth in managing the assets.
• Strategize and lead operational initiatives to improve our eaters and merchant experience on the reservation products
• Work closely with Sales team and S&P team to improve acquisition process, productivity efficiency of sales
• Work closely with regional and products on content improvement, content completeness across our restaurant partners in Indonesia

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Possess Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
• 1+ years of experience in consulting, operations management, financial services, or start-up/tech industry.
• Experience in managing people and stakeholder experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and spreadsheet software, is essential (experience with Google Sheets and App Script is an added advantage).
• Demonstrate business level proficiency in both written and spoken English.
