GrabFin team is a dynamic and diverse group of professionals dedicated to improving the insurance landscape in Southeast Asia. We work collaboratively to develop insurance products and services, using the latest technology and data analytics. By combining our technical expertise with an understanding of the Fintech market, we aim to provide accessible and affordable insurance solutions to millions of users across the region.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for Team Lead, GFin Telesales to join our dynamic team. You will achieve business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships in the Vietnamese market.

You will report to Head, GrabFin Commercials and Operations.

You will work onsite at HCM City.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage the in-house telesales team to improve customer acquisition and maximize conversion rates through strategic optimization of sales efforts.
• Oversee the management of team performance against established Goals & Main Results (OKRs), ensuring agreement on organizational goals.
• Design and implement internal process improvements and support projects to boost sales funnel performance and operational effectiveness.
• Present proposals, performance results, and regular progress updates to senior management, providing applicable insights.
• Monitor systems performance to ensure seamless operation, addressing issues to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and achieve ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Department, demonstrating flexibility.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within telesales or related fields, with experience.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English,.
• People Management Expertise: Experienced in people management, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Presentation and Public Speaking: in delivering compelling presentations and engaging in public speaking to diverse audiences.
• Educational Background: Minimum of a college degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
