Get to Know the Team
The Communications team is responsible for telling the Grab story to Partner (both Driver & Merchant) nationwide. We're the voice, eyes, ears of Grab Vietnam and also of our partner company. We're an established, long standing team responsible for nurturing love and relation with our driver & merchant partner.
Get to Know the Role
The role is responsible for fostering strong relationships with Grab's Partners (Drivers and Merchants) through strategic engagement programs and effective communication. This person will design and manage community activities, events, and internal communications to build loyalty, drive participation, and align with Grab's business goals. You will report to Acquisition & Engagement Manager and work onsite at Grab office, Mapletree Business Centre, D7, HCMC.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Design and implement innovative programs that strengthen the relationship between Grab and its Partner communities (e.g., drivers and merchants), such as forums, peer groups, or recognition initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of partner-focused events—from strategic concept development to operational execution.
- Monitor social content and partner interaction on strategic online channels; ensure content is relevant, and aligns with business priorities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partner communications strategy to ensure effective information sharing and engagement with partners
- Manage the creation and distribution of partner-facing communications, including newsletters, announcements, and other materials
- Analyze and report on partner engagement metrics to inform future communications and engagement strategies
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Oversee workload planning and act as the main contact for stakeholders.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Event, Communication, or Community Management.
Specific Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in partner communications, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner communications strategies
- Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and the needs of various partner types
- Experience with partner relationship management systems and other relevant tools and technologies
- Project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience in budget management.
- Experience with event management platforms, and AI tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms for community building.
- Insights into consumer behavior, campaigns, and competitor perspectives.
