Job Description

Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a City Partnership Associate to join our team in Ujung, Indonesia. You will develop and maintain strategic partnerships between our organization and local city governments, playing a crucial role in fostering collaboration and driving urban development initiatives. You will report to the Regional Commercial team and working onsite Makassar office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in local government agencies
  • Manage partnership projects, ensuring on time execution and delivery
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on partnership performance and impact
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events with city partners
  • Develop partnership agreements and documentation
  • Collaborate with our teams to align partnership activities with organizational goals
  • Monitor and report on partnership progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Assist in the development of partnership strategies and growth plans
  • Enable communication between the organization and city partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Stay informed about urban development trends and local government policies in Indonesia

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
  • Minimal 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related field
  • Have Communication skill to build and maintain relationships across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Excellent project coordination and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Knowledge of urban development concepts and city partnership dynamics
  • Understanding of local government operations in Indonesia
  • Ability for work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience for problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Will have work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required
