Grab For Business is the B2B SaaS product line within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food and package deliveries for thousands of companies, from large enterprises to SMBs, across Southeast Asia.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for potential candidate promote demand planning for rebates and consumer incentives while supporting promo and campaign execution for GrabForBusiness solutions, including GrabGifts.
You will report to Senior Manager, GFB Demand Planning and GrabGifts
You will work onsite at HCM City.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
1. Rebates and Consumer Incentives (50%)
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and commercial teams to design and implement rebate programs and consumer incentives that align with our goals.
- Monitor rebate use and consumer incentive performance, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze data to assess the impact of rebates and incentives on business metrics such as GMV, transaction frequency, and employee reach.
- Develop frameworks for rebates and incentives that balance scalability with profitability
2. Promo Setup and Campaign Execution (30%)
- Coordinate promo campaigns for GrabForBusiness solutions, ensuring setup and accurate implementation.
- Work with external vendors to set up communications (e.g., email, SMS, in-app notifications) that align with campaign goals.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns, track performance metrics, and identify areas for optimization.
3. Reporting and Insights (20%)
- Prepare regular reports on rebate use, consumer incentives, and campaign performance for senior team members.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to refine rebate programs and promotional strategies.
- Share insights across teams to ensure understanding and guide scalable success.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 1-3 years in rebates, consumer incentives, campaign execution, or analytics roles
- Experience working with commercial teams or account managers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English is required for regional collaboration and reporting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel (can perform complex functions) ).
- To extract relevant insights from data and monitor rebate and campaign performance.
- To collaborate across teams and markets.
- With a commitment to driving sustainable growth and impactful solutions.
