The Grab Commercial & Support, Strategy & Analytics team works with senior leaders across the organisation to drive impactful projects that enhance our service offerings. We value collaboration and a customer-centric approach in delivering world-class support to our customers and partners.
Get to Know the Role
As an Assistant Manager, Strategic Projects, you will report into the Strategic Projects Manager. You will be based onsite in the Grab Singapore office. You will enhance the customer and partner experience through strategic plans and cross-functional teamwork. You will also manage complex projects and uncover key customer insights through analytics to inform decision-making processes. You will demonstrate, and leadership in executing these critical responsibilities.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Propose, launch, and lead projects aimed at enhancing customer, driver, and merchant experiences.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement critical changes and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior executive stakeholders to drive impactful results aligned with organisational goals.
- Use advanced capabilities such as analytics, design thinking, and Agile methodologies to shape and refine customer experiences.
- Ensure unwavering commitment to customer safety and quality across all touchpoints and interactions
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have at least 4 to 5 years of professional experience in consulting or related fields.
- You have experience engaging across Asian markets and cultures.
- You can refine business processes and uncover customer insights through different research and analytic methods
- You are familiar with data visualisation tools in summarising and presenting meaningful insights to senior stakeholders
- You can run and manage design thinking workshops, ideate solutions, and support implementation
- You can manage cross-functional projects and lead teams from diverse functions like software engineering, design, and customer service.
