Get to know our Team:

Grab for Business is the B2B SaaS team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food & package deliveries and related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We engage with top companies and top brands across the region and its imperative that we promote successful key account management in our organisation.

Our team consists of both young and experienced individuals who are tenacious, motivated and energized by the fact that we exist to make a change - have a societal impact in Southeast Asia.

Get to know the Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will maintain strategic relationships with our high-value clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to the Head, Omnicommerce and Business Development. You will be based onsite at our Cebu office with flexible work arrangements.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform:

  • You will develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationships
  • You will be the primary contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns
  • You will conduct regular account reviews and present performance reports to clients
  • You will identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
  • You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • You will negotiate contracts and renewals with key clients
  • You will analyze account performance and provide insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You will Need

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience driving revenue growth through partnerships
  • Experience handling and managing client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability in sales negotiation and closing deals
  • Experience researching and generating leads with the ability to interpret data and create insights
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Comfort in working with computers and internet-based applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
