Job Description
Get to Know the Team
As part of the Singapore Operations team, the Singapore Deliveries Team oversees, shapes and grows the deliveries business lines, namely GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress, and OmniCommerce.
Get to Know the Role
This role sits within the OmniCommerce team, which runs Grab's new vertical responsible for growing dine out solutions in the market.
Our goal is to help restaurants on our platform drive sustainable growth by becoming their demand generation engine both offline and online, with a full suite of solutions - content & discovery, reservations, table management & ordering solutions, deals, loyalty, insights & CRM, payments, ads.
You will report onsite to Singapore Grab office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Support the team lead in P&L management and business performance analysis.
- Analyze key metrics and data points to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans and frameworks to drive the restaurant reservations business forward.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deliver business outcomes.
- Prepare clear, concise, and impactful presentations to communicate strategy and progress to stakeholders.
- Solve complex business problems, data-driven insights, and creative approaches.
- Monitor business performance and recommend actionable insights to ensure achievement of targets.
- Prioritize and execute ad-hoc initiatives on short notice.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Management
- You have 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think big-picture while managing tactical execution
- Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and driving alignment
