Get to Know the Team

We are the pioneering team contributing to the exciting growth of Grab Cambodia and Myanmar, witnessing first-hand the improvement of everyday essential services for the masses, ensuring they are accessible, safe, and secure.

Get to Know the Role

In this key role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and implementing our budget for optimal and efficient spending. You will report to the Head, Transport & Operations and work onsite at our Phnom Penh office in Cambodia.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will support the Head, Transport & Operations in planning the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for both Deliveries and Transport sectors.
• You will track and manage the budget for merchant, driver, and passenger incentives.
• You will ensure the budget is spent efficiently and within targets.
• You will provide insights and make recommendations on the most effective ways to spend the provided budget.
• You will plan and launch new business verticals or special projects.
• You will track the performance of special projects, such as the airport booking project.
• You will work closely with the on-ground team to understand competitor insights and seasonal trends.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• From 1 years of experience in similar roles in marketplace management or business intelligence
• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Burmese.
• Capable of planning, launching, and tracking special projects and new business verticals.
• Ability to provide insights and make data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to create, maintain, and efficiently execute budgets.
• Experience in planning and managing Profit and Loss statements.
• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI.
