Get to Know the Team

The Grab Driver Acquisition and Onboarding Department recruits and onboards new driver and rider-partners on the platform. The team designs and manages processes to provide a smooth application experience, setting up new drivers and riders for success.

Get to Know the Role

You'll join the team focused on attracting, recruiting, and onboarding new drivers for the Grab/MoveIt platform. Your role includes designing projects to enhance the acquisition and onboarding experience, programming in different languages, and implementing optimization solutions.

You will report directly to the Head, Driver Acquisition and Onboarding. You will be based onsite at our Marikina office with flexible work arrangements.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Support in assessing the feasibility and requirements of projects.
• Jointly develop project plans for design, execution, and control stages.
• Implement internal and external projects, including adhoc activities, through structured and collaborative approaches.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops on new processes and best practices.
• Design software solutions for automation and serve as a technical resource. Develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Determine the right software applications to increase manual work.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years experience in automation, data analytics, supply chain, project management, or process improvement.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Understanding of computer programming and software development.
• Knowledge of transport, cars, and the automotive and transport industry.
