Get to Know the Team

As the Intern Talent Channels Partner you will work with the Talent Sourcing & Channels Team developing go-to-market sourcing and channel operations.

Get to Know the Role

You will work on projects based across South East Asia Grab locations using sourcing channels for candidates locally, regionally and globally.

Your success will be determined by your ability to activate the sourcing channels used by Grab. You will report to the Head of Talent Sourcing & Channels based in Singapore. This role is based onsite in the Grab HQ One North office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• As part of the Talent Sourcing & Channels team you will work on multiple sourcing channels, end processes
• You will coordinate external partners e.g. agencies/vendors providing external services to support Grab hiring
• You will be a first-line ambassador to potential candidates by assessing and activating talent in the market with different sourcing channels
• You will be a trusted partner by building relationships with your recruiting partners
• You will need to promote our inclusive hiring practices and build our diversity sourcing channel programs
• You will participate in sourcing channel strategies that deliver an always-on pipeline of quality hires

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You will have experience coordinating projects, market research, running programs and campaigns
• You will have some knowledge of using LinkedIn and Boolean Search
• You will be able to use AI Tools such as ChatGPT
• You will have creative flare in developing processes, infographics, quick reference guides and other support content
• You will have experience using data to manage channel compliance and usage reports, insights
• You will be familiar with Google Workspace suite of tools
• You will have experience participating in meeting with team members, capturing and reporting on requirements
