Get to Know the Team

GrabAds enables advertisers, agencies, and merchants to engage the Grab Audience via innovative online and offline advertising experiences. Through our unique ecosystem and transacting user base, our clients can reach their desired audiences at scale, driving measurable business outcomes. Join us on our journey to create value for our users, drivers, merchants, and advertising partners while making everyday lives better across Southeast Asia.

Get to Know the Role

As part of the Regional GrabAds team, you'll lead and partner with a portfolio of large, enterprise advertisers and media agencies to drive commercial growth for GrabAds. You will maintain quarterly sales and performance targets. You'll also help shape the future of our Agencies business and will report directly to the Head of Regional Agency Partnerships.

This role will be onsite and based in the Grab Singapore's One North office.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

  • You will manage and grow a portfolio of key agency partnerships across the region.
  • You will secure short-term strategic campaigns and negotiate long-term joint business plans with both advertisers and agencies.
  • You will run effective training, content, and learning programmes for media agencies.
  • You will lead quarterly business reviews and account development plans for key advertisers and agencies.
  • You will be the primary point of contact to build high-level relationships with agencies.
  • You will manage and exceed quarterly sales and performance targets.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You will Need

  • 8+ years of experience at a media publisher, advertiser, or agency, focusing on agency management.
  • Ability to work across functions to drive joint business plans with key partners.
  • In-depth knowledge and network with decision-makers at large advertisers and agencies in Southeast Asia.
  • Understanding of large advertiser behaviors and opportunities across industries like FMCG, retail, tech, or QSRs.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance targets.
  • Excellent skills for mentoring and managing senior stakeholders, using a data-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising.

Traits We Are Looking For

  • Ability to leverage executive relationships and sponsors to deepen GrabAds' relationships with clients.
  • Represent GrabAds in the advertising community by actively participating in industry events.
  • Act as the voice and executive sponsor for advertisers and agencies, ensuring their needs are addressed within Grab.
