Job Description

Get to know our Team:

• Merchant Lending is part of Grab's lending business in Grab, operating using P2P License under OVO Finansial (PT Indonusa Bara Sejahtera); licensed and supervised by OJK
• Lending is one of the Company's drivers of profitability

Get to know the Role:

• Support Head of Merchant Lending in growing Merchant Lending business
• Own Merchant Lending P&L
• Be the center of collaboration across internal stakeholders in operationalising the business
• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and establishing new partnerships
• Work arrangement is hybrid.

The Critical Task you will Perform:

• The candidate will report to Head of Merchant Lending
• Work with multiple stakeholders that contribute to Lending disbursals and revenue; incl. internal Lending (risk, ops, collection) and out of Lending (Grab Food, finance, marketing)
• Produce and run periodic presentations and alignment across stakeholders and for management view
• Track lending performance, create trend analysis, suggests next steps
• Initiate and run tactical experiments and initiatives
• Collaborate with Grab Food teams and attend / be speakers in engagement events with merchants
• Required to travel within ID periodically

Qualifications

What Essential Skill you will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business or Product Role / Partnerships with exposure in P2P Lending / broader financial technology industry
• Analytical skills with the ability to find relevant insights from complex data.
• Ability to present insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complete projects on time
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
