Get to know our Team
The Partner Operations team handles backend operations & adhoc support for partner accounts onboarded into the platform. In essence, we are the ‘Powerhouse of Grab Operations’ as we handle key functions like data management, payment operations, regulatory compliance, and merchant support.
Partner Ops rolls up to Country Operations which also includes Partner Acquisition, Partner Communications and Training, and Platform Safety. If you are looking for an awesome environment with lots of room to grow, this is the team for you! 😊
Get to know the Role
We are looking for a Partner Operations Associate. This role will be responsible for coming up with regular or seasonal activities related to TNVS/Regulatory assistance. He/she will mostly be on-ground to process TNVS applications of ride-hailing operators. The candidate should have good communication, organization skills and have high attention to detail.
You will also have an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide high-impact One-Grab solutions. A general ‘can-do’ mindset will serve you well. If you believe you have what it takes then we would love to hear from you!
The Critical Tasks You will Perform
You will work closely with Regulatory, PA and Legal teams for daily/seasonal activities.

You will strategize and plan for process optimization initiatives
You will interview drivers/operators and identify areas for improvement
You will work closely with Driver Operations Manager to come up with projects/activities.
You will execute approved projects/activities.
You will monitor impact on SLAs

You will conduct the following TNVS Assistance activities:
Vet documents for submission to LTFRB, to spot any discrepancies
Prepare documents for submission to LTFRB
Monitor status of TNVS application, and continuously follow-up operators for their document compliance.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You will Need
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Management, Industrial/Management Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Good business acumen and curiosity about data.
- Quick learning agility and a strong sense of ownership.
- Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude with the ability to understand root causes and work with multidisciplinary teams to propose solutions.
- Expertise in creating business cases and models for special projects targeted at business growth.
- Skills in financial forecasting, budgeting, and pricing cause-and-effect simulation.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, data analytics, business strategy, or operations.
- Experience working at or building a startup business.
- Proficiency in any analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, R Studio) with a strong desire to learn.
