The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Singapore. We contribute towards Grab’s vision of being Southeast Asia’s superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore. We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.
The GrabMart team is a dynamic and fast-moving team that collaborates closely with adjacent business functions within the Singapore Operations team to drive business growth within the GrabMart vertical.

We're looking for a dynamic individual with robust analytical competencies to take up a key role within our team. You'll assume a key role in planning, implementing, and managing demand-generating initiatives. From developing strategies for growth and profitability to participating in performance tracking projects, your contributions will be pivotal to our business's continued success.

The Day-to-Day Activities

Business planning and analysis:
Utilise both strategic and analytics toolkits to contribute to the planning, launch, and growth of high-impact strategic initiatives
Conduct research, manage projects and stakeholders, and perform analyses (with simple models) to facilitate data-driven decision-making
Analyze and present business cases with quality benchmarks and relevant assumptions

Cross-functional support:
Collaborate with other business teams, offering support at various stages of the project lifecycle
Examples include providing a fact base, assisting with issue identification and solutioning, offering advice on implementation practicalities, and overseeing actual execution

BAU team functions:
Communicate insights effectively to derive actionable next steps
Support operational execution of demand-generation initiatives
Qualifications
The Must-Haves
You possess Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility (4H Grab principles)
Accumulated 1-3 years of experience, preferably at top-tier consulting firms or within leading regional or global tech and ecommerce companies
Competent with spreadsheets with basic proficiency in querying (SQL/Python), familiar with project management and adept at deck preparation
Possess structured thinking and strong analytical capabilities.
Proven track record of effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Self-starter and independent learner focused on finding solutions, with a passion for excelling and developing a career in a fast growing tech company
Comfortable in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment
