Get to Know the Team

Join our Transaction Platform team, a dynamic team that is an integral part of a vital division dedicated to ensuring seamless transaction processing across our key verticals such as Mobility, Food, and Mart. You will work with diverse, cross-functional teams including Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Operations, encouraging a collaborative and innovative environment.

Get to Know the Role

You will report to the Head of Product, Business Transactional Platforms, and GrabForBusiness. This is a hybrid role based in Singapore. You will steer our Transaction Platform, which is crucial for running multi-sided marketplace transactions and aiding merchants in efficiently managing orders and payments within Grab's ecosystem.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the Transaction Platform.
• You will guide operational improvements in areas such as food preparation times, driver wait times, order cancellations, and merchant efficiencies.
• You will collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Operations to foster a culture of experimentation.
• You will use data to make decisions, measure product performance, and communicate impacts to senior executives.
• You will set and manage the success metrics for the Transaction Platform organization.
• You will work with several product teams to find collaborative solutions to common challenges across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Product Management Expertise: 8 years of experience in product management, with exposure to driving marketplace optimizations
• Analytical: Ability to translate data into actionable strategies for growth and efficiency.
• Proficient in conveying complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Project Management and Delivery: Successfully managed projects that enhance user engagement and business performance.
• Leadership: Experience in leading teams, including direct management and development of product managers.
• Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive a cohesive approach toward common goals.
