Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Solution Specialist to join our Business Intelligence & Operations Solution team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge in Python programming and the ability to develop solutions to optimize and streamline operational processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can build and document efficient processes, and utilize SQL skills to extract and manage data effectively.

The Business Intelligence & Operations Solution team supports MY Operations by providing insights, streamlining processes, and conducting experimentations to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Critical Tasks you will perform:

• You will analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• You will design, develop, and implement solutions to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• You will utilize Python to automate repetitive tasks and processes, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
• You will use SQL to extract data from databases as required for processing and operational needs, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• You will create comprehensive user guides and technical documentation to support the deployment and maintenance of solutions.
• You will work closely with stakeholders within MY Operations to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• You will collaborate with Country Strategy and Project teams to ensure alignment and support for broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

What Skills You Will Need

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• You have intermediate knowledge of Python programming.
• You have proficiency in SQL for data extraction and management, which is a strong plus.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability in a high-pressure working environment.
• You have a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

The Nice-to-Haves

• You have experience with ChatGPT and/or OpenAI GPT API.
• You are familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• You are familiar with remote working tools like Google Suites, Zoom, and Slack.
