Job Description

Get to know the team:

You will be a part of an energetic, cohesive and fun team with a strong performance culture and people-orientation within a respectful work environment. The Operations Team is responsible for maintaining a high standard of operation excellence in the city they manage. The team needs to be able to more visibility towards the market.

Critical Tasks you will perform:

Support campaign owners execute local tactical and strategic campaigns.

• You will support campaign owners in executing local tactical and strategic campaigns.
• You will shadow the team to write creative briefs for designers and deliver collaterals & communications.
• You will assist with ad-hoc campaign or activity launches.
• You will work closely with the city leads to ensure engagement activities are visible.
• You will assist with administrative tasks and any other duties delegated by the city leads.
• You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

What Skills You Will Need

• You are currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in any field.
• You have an open attitude towards students at all years of study.
• You have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• You have the ability to be agile and work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time, presentation, and project management skills.
• You have a positive attitude and a can-do spirit, which is critical.
• You have the ability to work independently and work well in a team environment.
• You have proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Mandarin as an advantage.
• You have basic knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas such as SUM, IF, and VLOOKUP, and are attentive to detail and accuracy.
• You are willing to work on-site during the execution of on-ground activities.
