Get to Know the Team

At Grab, our Marketplace Strategy team focuses on growing and optimizing our delivery services including GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabExpress. We collaborate with various teams to create innovative solutions that enhance our platform's reliability and efficiency.

Get to Know the Role

You'll lead key projects that manage supply and demand for our delivery services. Using data and strategic planning, you'll identify gaps and devise plans to address challenges. Your work will involve rolling out new products, optimizing existing ones, and collaborating with local and regional teams to ensure success.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

• You will analyze data to find gaps and blockers in our platform, and develop plans to address them.
• You will manage and optimize product rollouts, ensuring they fit market conditions.
• You will collaborate with local and regional teams to develop strategies that enhance our services.
• You will create detailed reports and presentations to communicate your findings and strategies.
• You will lead projects that aim to improve platform efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

What Skills You will Need

• 1 - 4 years of experience at management consultancy firm, tech company, or fast-paced working environment in strategy or project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or in a relevant field
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with an attention to detail and structure
• Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with SQL is a plus
• Excellent communications and presentation skills, with very good Thai and English proficiency
• Flexibility, passion, and energy to excel in a fast-paced team environment, while also being able to work independently as well
