Get to Know the Team

The ID Grab Kios Sales team is part of Grab Kios, established initially as Kudo, and is responsible for sales activities at Grab Kios. Kios plays a vital role within the Grab Indonesia ecosystem, particularly in Digital Goods, supporting various vertical activities and directly engaging consumers. Our team is made up of enthusiastic individuals with a strong desire for progress and development.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to manage and lead the team responsible for Kios retail sales and area growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong business and people development skills. This role is essential to our success, as we seek a talented individual to manage these responsibilities effectively. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through field sales teams and multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Local Government and key partners to secure projects and strategize SME initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate completion of bookings and administrative tasks in line with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage team performance, providing feedback and regular progress reports.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to support business objectives.
  • Manage the sales process with professionalism, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.

Qualifications

The Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in direct sales with a background in FMCG, Telco, or Tech companies.
  • Experience in strategizing community outreach and engagement.
  • Experience in Route to Market area planning and preparation.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Experience and knowledge of the retail sales process, data analysis, and territory management.
