Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a Client Partner Manager for GrabAds, focusing on Brands & Agencies. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of experience managing clients across diverse industries, with a proven track record of success in sales, client relationship management, and strategic planning. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in building relationships with senior leaders, and are driven to exceed ambitious sales targets, we’d love to hear from you.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with brands and agencies, engaging with senior leaders and top-level management.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, demonstrating your capability in achieving and maintaining ambitious goals.
  • Contribute to the smooth execution of campaigns and projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and insightful sales forecasts, aiding in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Leverage your expertise in pitching to senior leaders within prominent brands and agencies, using your communication skills to secure and expand business opportunities.
  • Showcase your track record of success by consistently delivering against targets and metrics, reinforcing your commitment to achieving and surpassing objectives.

Qualifications

The Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 10+ years of experience managing clients across diverse industries, with a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong decision-making skills and adaptability.
  • Experience in consistently achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a history of pitching to and engaging senior leaders within brands and agencies.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, contributing to strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Experience in managing merchant businesses is a plus.
