At Grab, we are dedicated to creating innovative solutions for our partners and merchants. Our team is a diverse group of individuals who work together to empower merchants and drive their growth. You’ll be working closely with members of the Demand and Ads team, Country Commercial, Marketing, Insights and Marketplace Strategy, Grab Support, and Merchant Engagement teams.
Get to Know the Role:
We are seeking a Self-Serve Platform Growth Associate to drive merchant success and develop effective product go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role requires you to collaborate extensively across Grab, fostering relationships and ensuring operational excellence.
The Critical Tasks You will Perform:
Merchant Empowerment and Collaboration:
You will drive the adoption of self-serve marketing products and collaborate with product, marketing, strategy, commercial, and operations teams to support a growing base of merchant marketers.Product Expertise and Insights:
You will act as a subject matter expert on the Self-Serve Marketing platform. Bridging the gap between local merchant-facing teams and regional teams, you will gather feedback from merchant partners and stakeholders to refine and optimize our offerings.Data Analysis and Growth Strategy:
You will monitor and analyze platform performance, merchant feedback, and market trends to formulate growth strategies. You will design programs and create solutions to boost merchant adoption and retention through the Seller Care team.Product GTM Planning and Execution:
You will lead the delivery of initiatives in the GTM Country Plan, developing value propositions, communication strategies, and educational programs for stakeholders. You will manage and monitor end-to-end GTM processes while building strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure goal alignment.Operational Excellence:
You will maintain operational excellence in daily business activities, encouraging innovation and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
2+ years of experience in a growth or product role, with a focus on self-serve or digital platforms.
Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through data-driven strategies and experimentation.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, including their capabilities, limitations, and opportunities for growth.
Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks, such as Optimizely or VWO
