Get to Know the Team

Our Small-Medium Business (SMB) segment under the commercial team supports partner businesses to explore opportunities and enhance their performance on Grab. We value teamwork, learning experiences, and initiatives, aligning with the Grab values of Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility.

Get to Know the Role

As part of the SMB team, you will act as a business consultant to boost our partners’ business performance sustainably. Your aim is to foster strong relationships and support our partners to achieve long-term success.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

You will:

  1. Drive partners’ business growth within the portfolio by increasing Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and partner investments.
  2. Evaluate partner opportunities and provide strategic initiatives to enhance their performance.
  3. Execute strategic programs as per team and company directions, including new marketing tools and feature launches.
  4. Ensure partners support Grab with competitive deals and attractive menus, particularly during marketing campaigns.
  5. Collaborate across functions to address merchant-specific needs (e.g., customized reporting, marketing support, integrations).
  6. Work with the GrabFood internal operations teams to ensure operational excellence.
  7. Develop relationships with partners to foster strong bonds and achieve sustained growth.

Qualifications

What Skills You will Need

  • Proven experience in driving business growth and partner performance.
  • Ability to evaluate and implement strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Understanding of marketing tools and feature launches to support partner performance.
  • Experience in negotiating competitive deals and customizing offerings for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across functions and address specific merchant needs.
  • Operational excellence, with experience in working closely with internal operations teams.
  • Relationship-building skills to maintain and grow partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English to articulate plans and provide support to partners.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
