Get to know the Team
The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business of Grab Singapore. This role sits within the Demand Optimisation & Analytics team of the Singapore Deliveries business, which supports all verticals in insights formulation, campaign analysis and pricing strategy. More specifically, the role will help support the growth of Grab’s Omnicommerce business in Singapore. You will be part of a lean and agile team setup, collaborating closely with other departments to drive P&L growth and achieve key performance metrics.

The Day-to-Day Activities
Generate insights to support growth of the SG Omnicommerce business, ensure that business plans are strategized properly and well-positioned to achieve financial targets
Analyze business performance, campaign outcomes, user behavior, and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions
Support experiments aimed at improving and finding product-market fit
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives and deliverables.
Take ownership of key business metrics; monitor and manage weekly reporting to the relevant stakeholders.
Support and execute ad-hoc initiatives on short notice
Qualifications
The Must-Haves
Minimum 2 - 5 years of working experience in relevant fields (Business Analytics, Strategy & Planning, Consulting or other high performing environments). Prior experience in Sales Analytics will be a plus
Comfortable with ambiguity and structured thinking. The ideal candidate will need to unpack vague problem statements and complex datasets to derive clear, concise and actionable insights for the business
High adaptability to changes, with the ability to pivot quickly from long-term strategic thinking to immediate tactical action.
Ability to thrive under pressure
Proficiency in Excel, data analysis and numerical reasoning, with vivid storytelling skills on Powerpoint. SQL / Python skills will be a strong bonus.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
Intellectual curiosity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; all ready to hustle!
