Get to Know the Role:
We are looking for a talented generalist to help us build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and drive revenue. As a Key Account Management, you will be responsible for owning and growing our most important merchant relationships.We're looking for superstars who can operate independently, move fast, and get things done. The Critical Task you will Perform
Identify and onboard high-potential merchants, developing strategies for effective acquisition and retention to drive growth.
Foster strong relationships with merchants through active listening and regular communication to address their needs and feedback.
Design impactful campaigns and leverage co-marketing partnerships to deliver value to customers and partners alike.
Ensure partner growth and analyze ROI and KPIs to boost basket size and cultivate customer loyalty.
Maintain service and quality standards through collaboration with partners and internal teams, while also supporting team development for optimal performance.
Qualifications
What Essential Skill you will Need
At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage partnerships and drive revenue.
Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English would be advantageous.
A genuine interest in the on-demand and food delivery industry, along with comfort in using a laptop and internet.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
