Get to Know the Team
You'll join the GrabFood and GrabMart Merchant Marketing team, which is dedicated to driving sustainable business growth through merchant-focused programs and campaigns.

Get to Know the Role
You will lead the development of merchant marketing projects across multiple segments; work with the Commercial and Operations teams to create programs that enhance merchant partnerships and increase growth.
You will report directly to the Country Marketing Head for the Philippines. This is a hybrid role, where you will need to travel to our Ortigas office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Lead marketing strategy development for growth in target merchant segments through different campaigns programs.
- Enhance platform positioning with growth strategies that boost merchant and partner investments.
- Design tailored programs to support merchant business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and marketplace teams to analyze platform usage and create campaigns.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions with partners for impactful marketing outputs.
- Oversee strategic campaign design and execution, including media planning, go-to-market strategy, and budget management.
- Analyze marketing campaigns to improve effectiveness using data insights.
Qualifications
What Skills You Will Need
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Ability to develop marketing strategies that achieve business growth. This includes creating merchant-focused programs and campaigns. Understand the prospect's needs and market solutions which align to those needs.
- Marketing Channel Expertise: Understanding of how and when to leverage different marketing channels for brand activation. 5+ years of experience running above-the-line and below-the-line communications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to create marketing programs. Collaborating with creative, media, social media agencies, and commercial partners.
- Campaign Management: Hands-on experience in designing, planning, and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns including concept brainstorming and demand planning. Experience with the Philippine market, including consumer behavior and market trends.
- Report and Optimization: Skills in managing campaign reporting, utilizing data for continuous improvement through a test-and-learn approach.
