Get to know the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader for the role of Head of Business Integration and Innovation. In this pivotal position, you will be at the forefront of aligning technology with business strategy, driving innovative solutions to solve complex challenges.

As the leader of this dynamic team, you will deepen our partnerships with business stakeholders, ensuring that Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) is recognised as a trusted and essential partner in delivering unique business outcomes. If you have a proven track record of delivering impactful technology solutions and are passionate about fostering collaboration, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

The Day-to-Day Activities

• Partner closely with the Head of GTS and senior business stakeholders to ensure that technology initiatives align with overall business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Manage and direct the orchestration team to integrate and automate workflow and data transactions across the organisation, ensuring sustainable and cost-effective technology adoption and efficient operations.
• Lead the innovation team in experimenting with new technologies and approaches to solve complex business problems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.
• Deepen partnerships with business units, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for GTS, to elevate the organisation's role as a strategic business enabler.
• Oversee the service management team, ensuring that processes are optimised and the service management suite is effectively maintained to deliver exceptional IT services across the organisation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements across GTS, driving initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities to the orchestration, innovation, and service management teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

• Proven track record of leading successful technology integration and automation initiatives across large, complex organisations.
• Strong expertise in ITSM (processes and tools), with hands-on experience in optimising service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage innovation teams, with experience in exploring and implementing emerging technologies to solve business problems.
• Experience in engaging and influencing culturally and regionally diverse senior stakeholders in multinational organisation, focusing on building trusted partnerships and driving technology adoption.
• Experience in implementing AI-enabled solutions, including generative AI, to drive business innovation and solve complex challenges.
• Strong project management experience, including overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services, with experience in integrating and managing cloud-based solutions within an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in using data analytics and performance metrics to drive decision-making and optimise technology operations and outcomes.

The Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools, with experience in implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Background in applying Agile frameworks to manage and deliver technology projects, enhancing flexibility and responsiveness to business demands.
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices, with experience in ensuring that integrated systems and processes adhere to security standards.
• Experience in leading change management efforts, particularly in driving technology adoption and managing organisational change related to new systems and processes.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in integrating technology systems during post-merger integrations.
