Get to Know the Team
Become a part of our dynamic Regional Employer Branding Team, all working together to strategize, plan, and bring to life Grab’s regional employer branding and recruitment marketing programs.
Get to Know the Role
You'll be like a superhero for Grab's reputation reporting to the Head. Employer Branding & Marketing, and be based in Malaysia, in a hybrid work environment. Your job is to help Grab tell the world how awesome it is to work at Grab. You'll build and put them into action to show everyone what makes Grab special. If you're someone who loves telling great stories and making things happen, this is the perfect role for you.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Employer Branding: You will create a comprehensive employer branding strategy that communicates Grab's unique value proposition and culture to potential candidates.
- Talent Segmentation: You will help develop talent value proposition strategies for important talent segments to support content and messaging that resonate
- Recruitment Marketing: You will apply your marketing expertise to create targeted marketing campaigns and events, reaching the right candidates at the right time.
- Content Creation: You will work with Grabbers to develop and scale User Generated Content (UCG) that communicates Grab's employer brand.
- Talent Community: You will nurture talent communities, promoting a sense of belonging and engagement, and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Program Management: You will have experience with Early Careers, Employer Referrals and Internal Mobility in creating content to resonate, engage and nurture these groups.
- Technology: You will have experience using CRM and Online platforms ensuring Grab’s employer brand is represented across these platforms, and will use these tools to engage with potential candidates, gather insights, and enhance our recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
What Skills You Will Need
- 5+ years of experience implementing strategic plans for employer branding programs, understanding how each element aligns and contributes to Grab's overall goals.
- Proficient in creating compelling, high-quality content tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ATS, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Career sites managing online presence, and engaging using these tools.
- Experience interpreting data from multiple sources to measure the effectiveness of employer branding programs, and inform future strategies.
- Experience ensuring employer branding and marketing plans are well-coordinated, and deliver the necessary outcomes
- Demonstrate the ability to stay abreast and learn in response to the changing talent landscape and new technologies.
- Experience conveying the employer brand message, and promoting connections with all partners.
