Grab Commercial and Support Sales Operations is the regional unit that manages the Sales Operations of all B2B teams within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food & package deliveries as well as related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We actively engage with top companies and top brands across the region and it is imperative that we drive efficient commercial operations within our organisation. To this end, we are looking for a strong Associate - Regional Sales Operations (VN), Grab Commercial & Support to contribute towards a robust sales and commercial operations organisation that will cater at scale to an expanding portfolio of corporate clients.
To perform this role well, the candidate needs to have strong communication capabilities, attention to detail, ability to create and follow processes, data analysis capabilities and a track record of exceeding expectations.
This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
The Role:
You will report to the Manager - Regional Commercial Ops, GFB
You will predominantly work within the Ads, Grab For Business and GrabGifts business units within the larger Grab enterprise and the Grab Commercial and Support organisation.
Work with multiple cross functional teams including but not limited to, Business Analyst, Deal Management, Central Ops, Country Commercial Teams, Country Finance, Finance SSC, Finance Ops and Collections

Commercial Process Excellence and Execution
Ensure adherence and compliance on all sales operations process
Work closely with with Country Ops and Country Commercial teams to onboard, adopt and govern the usage of SFDC (Salesforce.com) CRM tool and ensure proper sales governance in place
Salesforce CRM: Monitor, report and adjust as necessary to ensure Key Account managers, Inside Sales and Channel Partner teams maintain data integrity and data quality basis recommended SOPs
GrabGifts Operations: Execute and ensure all SOPs in the GrabGifts operations and ensure timely SLAs are met with code creation and execution within the governance framework
GrabGifts: Support all requests for the generation / tracking / updating of all GrabGifts vouchers, sales and payment details in Malaysia, for all sales channels.

Billing & Invoicing Coordinator with Finance SSC team
Work closely with Country Ops and Finance SSC team on all billing and invoicing needs details (Contracts, Commercial terms, Billing & Invoicing) in Malaysia
Provide guidance and consultations to Country Commercials teams and Finance SSC on billing disputes and billing process
Provide guidance and coordinate the regional SOPs that ensure a consistent and streamlined Billing Ops process for all prepaid and postpaid clients (Invoicing | Deposit | Top-up | Collections) in Malaysia.
Work with Finance SSC to ensure seamless billing & invoicing flow and strict internal SLAs for all corporate clients

Project Management and Sales Process Optimization
Manage internal and cross functional projects as the project owner within the GCS Sales Ops functions to improve upon the process via process optimization or system integration efforts
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Good english speaking and writing proficiency is a must to engage with regional stakeholders across SEA
Work Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years as a sales operations or commercial operations within a fast-paced and competitive B2B, SaaS, enterprise, corporate or startup environment. Proven track record in building and driving operational excellence and best practices . Ability to work independently, deal with data analysis and increase the operational efficiency of the business.
Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
Proficiency in client experience tools (Salesforce CRM)
Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides)
Regional experience (South-East Asia) is a plus
