Job Description

Get to know the job

We seek a Product Strategist to align, innovate, and direct our product strategies for GrabExpress. The product domains would range across core established delivery services, and exciting new opportunities in Vietnam's rising social commerce wave.

A successful candidate should have proven experience in product ownership and management, strong analytical skills, a keen sense for business opportunities, and a robust interest in delivery services and beyond. Day-to-Day Activities

  • Leading strategic creation of GrabExpress product roadmaps with strong impact analysis

  • Designing product launch stagings: from new iterations proposal, to experimenting pilot before a broad roll-out and continuous monitoring

  • Collaborating closely with country and regional Product teams for roadmap alignment & relentless deployment - result-driven and experimentation-driven.

  • Non-stop incorporating and necessary pivoting in context of ever-changing market trends, competitor moves and Grab strategic visions.

  • Fixating product roadmap, requirements, specifications with guided business OKRs. Your utmost advantage in this role is to be at the intersection of business and product technology.

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

  • At least 3 years experience with proven product and business records, preferably in the tech or delivery sector.

  • Collaborator with can-do spirit, capable of working with multiple departments and stakeholders across country and region.

  • Absolute accountability with owned problem spaces, thinking creatively and rigorously to solve problems, self-motivated, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical skills, natural with Excel / Google Sheets, familiar with economics - be able to use data to drive decisions, measure product performance, and communicate impact and get buy-in from senior executives.

  • Must have experience use SQL in the job.

  • Good understanding of product technical sides to communicate with our engineering team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies at all levels

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, written and spoken.
