Get to know the role

We’re looking for team member who includes but is not limited to creating strategic communications/marketing plans to provide the company's presence to our Grab Partners through online channels, monitoring its effectiveness and efficiency by reaching out to relevant stakeholders & communication (comms) performance. You will be reporting to Leader/Manager

Work with key business stakeholders to develop communication strategies and execute communication plans to drive business goals. To ensure each of delivered messages is standardized & consistent between functional teams in all communications, engagement & enforcement activities to Grab Partners.
Have a condensed understanding of ride hailing and e-commerce’s partners background, eager to strengthen relationships with our Partners toward the business purpose. Experience with managing social crises/ issues is an advantage.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Content brainstorming & preparing for any communication with Grab’s partners.Integrate our message into the community in a compelling and valuable way for Grab Partners including Driver & Merchant.
Manage incoming business requests, working closely with other teams to ensure the comm events reach the right audience before the effective timeline.
Demonstrate ability to generate lots of initiatives and new ideas, storytelling for social content via different ways (monthly/quarterly/yearly social events) to increase engagement and loyalty of Partners.
Manage the responses to incidents, issues or crisis situations, and pre-empt and mitigate potential issues
Be able to work with the Regional Product & CRM team to address, resolve and communicate any issues related to the new features, ensuring the best approach social practices.

Qualifications

Skill-sets:

  • 2-5 years experience in community, communications, marketing.
  • Experience working in a nationwide team in a fast-growing environment
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including PR, Regional, Product, Marketing, Marketplace & other business teams.
  • English proficiency in both verbal and written
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, especially have strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in potential crisis situations
  • Has depth insights from consumer/campaigns/competitors perspective

The Communications team is responsible for telling the Grab story to Partner (both Driver & Merchant) nationwide. We're the voice, eyes, ears of Grab Vietnam and also of our partner company. We're a young, established, long standing team responsible for nurturing love and relation with our driver & merchant partner.
