Job Description

As a pivotal member of the fintech arm marketing at Grab Indonesia, you will occupy the role of Assistant Manager for On Platform Payments, steering the marketing endeavors for a variety of cashless payment methods, including e-wallets, cards, and our digital bank services. This role challenges you to merge analytical precision with creative innovation to foster growth and engagement across different customer segments, directly contributing to the evolution of cashless transactions in the region.

You'll be joining a vibrant team within the payment and fintech sphere of Grab Indonesia, dedicated to revolutionizing the way people transact. Our team is at the heart of digital innovation, focused on simplifying payments through secure, seamless solutions like e-wallets, card payments, and digital banking. Working with us means being at the forefront of crafting payment experiences that are not only convenient but also enhance the daily lives of millions of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution (50%): Spearhead the strategic campaign development from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with our fintech mission. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to deliver market-leading consumer experiences across all cashless payment methods.

Partner Marketing (30%): Lead integration and optimization of external partner campaigns within Grab’s ecosystem, enhancing the visibility and usability of our payment platforms. Analyze performance data to refine and elevate partnership outcomes.

Insight Generation (20%): Analyze consumer interaction data across our payment platforms, identifying trends and opportunities to engage. Facilitate brainstorming and campaign development sessions with stakeholders to drive innovation in our marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years in strategic marketing or partnership roles, ideally within the fintech, payments, or related sectors. Demonstrated success in developing and executing partnership strategies and marketing campaigns.

Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to create win-win partnerships and innovative marketing strategies.

Marketing Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of marketing channels and campaign rollout strategies, with a proven track record in managing successful marketing initiatives.

Results-Driven: Data-oriented approach, with a history of leveraging insights for successful strategy formulation and campaign execution.

Creativity and Innovation: Excellent ability to identify and foster creative marketing and partnership opportunities, managing processes and teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Leadership and Collaboration: Effective leadership and team collaboration skills, thriving in dynamic environments and adept at coordinating across functions to achieve business goals.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Google Docs, Zoom, and Slack.
