The Deliveries team is a dynamic and longstanding team responsible for the overall performance of GrabFood and GrabMart across the country. We make an impact by ensuring efficient operations of the deliveries marketplace, while driving growth initiatives and further expansion. Our team is made up of dedicated, customer-focused individuals who are adept at multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Get to know the role

We are looking for someone who will help the Strategy and Planning team to oversee the operations, performance, and growth of our Deliveries business. We believe a successful candidate is excellent at stakeholder management and problem solving, and has the hunger to grow the business. This role is required because of our ongoing expansion and the need for efficient operations and strategic initiatives to support our growth. In return, you will get an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to a diverse range of tasks, and make a significant impact on our operations and strategic direction.

The Day-to-Day Activities

• You will craft and optimize demand-driving strategies to grow our Deliveries business

• You will work on projects to help improve reliability of our platform

• You will monitor and ensure teams are working within budget

• You will design, create and maintain dynamic dashboards that visualize data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights

• You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure hitting of objectives

• You will work on assigned ad hoc strategic projects

• You will have a capstone project: Deliver end-to-end growth of priority cities

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

• You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility

• You are savvy in data analytics, plus project planning and management

• You have strong stakeholder management skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills

• You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and are able to draw key insights from numbers

• You are organized and can easily handle tasks for projects with multiple timelines

• You are a self-starter, are detail-oriented, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• You are humble and easygoing - happy to learn on the fly and roll with the punches

The Nice-to-Haves

• You are knowledgeable in SQL and/or Python
