Get to know the team

GrabFood Campaign team provides leadership, strategic direction, and vision for the broader organization focusing on achieving key business priorities while ensuring effective & efficient growth efforts. The team functions as Grab’s planning and strategic campaign overseeing long-term focus areas, current prioritizations and appropriateness of efforts across functions (Business, Marketing Operations, Merchants, Product, etc.).

Get to know the role

We are looking for a GrabFood campaign lead building campaign frameworks for GrabFood growth planning along with special projects and programs that cut across different functions within the organization; with at least 3 years of experience in managing different business units across different fields or project management experiences is preferable.

In this role, you will be working with diverse stakeholders from different teams (Marketing, Operations, Merchants, Demands etc) so good communication and leadership skills will serve you well. As this function also requires you to manage and think through different business and operating models, high responsibility is a must.

The day-to-day activities

  • Campaign strategy and planning: Partner with the different teams in defining problem statement, setting priorities, shaping campaign framework, and provide recommendations on how to cope uncertain circumstances during campaign

  • Operation management: Help ensure campaign lives seamlessly by helping planning operations flow and ensure every team delivers tasks on a healthy timeline.

  • Business performance reviews & reporting: Take a data-led approach to understanding the performance and underlying drivers of Grab’s and merchants growth, and lead business reporting to all cross functional teams. Also conduct campaign post mortem for optimizing campaign performances.

  • Strategic initiatives: Identify, analyze and prioritize business opportunities and initiatives

  • Market & competitive insights:Understanding market trends and the local competitive landscape and dynamics

Qualifications

The must-haves:

  • Bachelor degree in business administrations, economics and related fields

  • You will possess a strong business and analytical background, preferably from a top technology company related to marketing or project management fields and/or in-house in a strategy or growth planning role at a related company

  • You will have a natural aptitude for translating data into insights, and the ability to define and influence new strategies based on these insights

  • High interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate efficiently with cross functional

  • Fluent in both written and spoken in Thai and English

The nice-to-haves:

  • Relevant experience in management consulting, strategy or project management roles

  • A strong understanding of the mobility, food delivery and marketing space will be a plus

  • SQL proficiency
