Get to know the Team:
As part of the Thailand Deliveries team, Omnicommerce is a growing team responsible for creating Grab’s dine-out solutions in the market where restaurants find success by being on our platform.

This role grants you the opportunity to influence the expansion of significant Omnicommerce business lines such as Dine Out Deals. Furthermore, it paves the way for you to manage growth projects and make long-term, forward-thinking decisions for Omnicommerce business, from conceptualization, strategizing, and planning, all the way to execution. Get to know the Role:
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Omnicommerce Strategy Lead. This role will primarily involve supporting the expansion and growth of Grab’s Omnicommerce business in Thailand. You will find yourself part of a lean, agile team setup, working in close collaboration with other departments to drive P&L growth, as well as achieve pivotal performance metrics.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Business Management: Lead the growth of the Omnicommerce business in TH, ensuring the proper execution of business plans and achievement of financial targets.

  • Performance Tracking: Regularly prepare and present reports on business performance, using data to drive business plans and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Grab's TH Omnicommerce strategy aligning with the company's overall objectives. Recognize market opportunities, trends, and customer insights to usher in user growth and revenue.

  • Conduct Analyses & Develop Insights: Evaluate business performance, user behavior, and competitive landscape to generate insights that influence business decisions.

  • Stakeholder Management: Foster robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring objectives and deliverables are clearly communicated and aligned.

  • Product Development: Work closely with the Regional team, providing inputs to design and enhance our omnichannel solutions, making sure they cater to local customer needs and expectations.

Qualifications

The must-haves:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in high-performing environments such as management consultancy or e-commerce. Specific experience in merchant omnicommerce operations is a strong plus.
  • Solid analytical skills, and comfort with data and numbers, with SQL or Python abilities being a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated structured thinking, process-driven mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • High adaptability, with the ability to transition swiftly between strategic thinking and tactical action.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possesses a ready-to-hustle attitude.
  • A bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
