Job Description

Get to know the Role

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of the Deliveries team. You will have a chance to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty from time to time while overseeing strategic cross-functional initiatives with close interaction with top management.

The day-to-day activities:

  • P&L Management: Supporting role on P&L management, platform optimization and growth in GrabMart and GrabExpress

  • Analytics: Extract live data to unearth insights and identify opportunities to grow the business. Learn and share findings with peers and leaders

  • Strategy: Deliver valuable business insights, vision, and recommendations to business teams to act upon (e.g. go-to market strategy for new services, business process improvement, landscape and competitor analysis)

  • Execution: Develop and execute high-level projects collaborating with both internal and regional teams to create impact and take Deliveries to the next level

  • Collaboration: Work closely across internal, regional team and other business units to achieve mutual company goal


The Must-haves:

  • At least 1-3 years experience in related roles. Consulting or E-commerce background are preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build rapport and win over merchants

  • Proficient in both verbal and visual communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached

  • Passionate and agile to excel in a fast-paced team environment, while being able to carry given task through independently

  • Ability to invent structural thinking framework and simplify into relevant action plans

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with SQL/R/Python is a plus
