Get to Know the Team

As a member of the Cites Operation team, you will be responsible for overseeing and shaping the entire operations and go-to market plan of the business in every corner in Thailand where it will be the key growth driver for all Grab’s services.

Cities Operation team is now finding teammates to join our young motivated team on this rocket with the target of making life easier for Thais across all regions. Our team operates with an experimental mindset and is willing to deep dive into both opportunities and challenges.

Get to know the Role:

We are looking for Grabfood Strategic Partner Acquisition, Team Lead who will work with BKK regional manager to plan GTM strategy and lead acquisition team that will make Grabfood gain more strategic partners, new product or special projects adoption, and help the operations team on accelerating the impact with analysis and process improvement.

Job Description

The day-to-day activities:

1. Strategic planning and managed teams

  • Assisted BKK regional manager in planning and implementing GTM strategy.
  • Managed and supported acquisition team who will be a key player in this team to deliver their tasks and achieve their target.
  • Evaluate team performance and identify hiring and training needs.
  • Provide performance summary and valuable on-ground insight along with recommendations to core team

2. On-ground strategic partner acquisition

  • Lead strategic partners acquisition and gain new product adoption.
  • On-ground with the team to give them guidance and help uplift their performance.

Qualifications

The must haves:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Sales & marketing experience with customer facing role at 1-2 years.
  • Strong leadership qualities, people management skills and hardworking in developing people.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in Thai & English.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, growth mindset.
  • Able to transport in BKK & greater BKK area (Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, Samutprakarn)

*Fresh Grads with exceptional achievement in case competition or academics medalist are also welcome.
