Job Description

Search and Personalization team’s mission is to help consumers discover everything on Grab that is relevant, even when they don’t know what they are looking for. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced product leader with product management, people leadership and ML/AI experience.

This individual will be responsible for all of Grab’s consumer-facing ranking, recommendations and search features. You will also be creating the next generation of Gen AI products for consumers to engage with Grab.

Day-to-day activities

  • Set and drive the product strategy for the team
  • Collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders across Grab and other companies.
  • Make data-driven decisions based on complex, interdependent factors.
  • Identify user problems and leverage AI to solve them, while providing a solid product experience.
  • Influence company leadership towards the next set of bold bets using Generative AI.
  • Concisely communicate sophisticated ideas and drive alignment among leadership and key team members.
  • Oversee and manage Grab's user-generated content (UGC) and reviews, ensuring a seamless integration with ranking, recommendations, and search features.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of product management experience, with machine learning experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • A track record of managing and delivering projects that enhance user engagement and business performance.
  • Prior experience leading teams and directly managing & growing product managers
