Seeking a remarkable opportunity to make an impact?

As a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will establish a strong talent acquisition foundation and hire for Grab's diverse businesses and tech families regionally. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, and welcomes flexibility for both remote and onsite work within Malaysia.

The Day-to-Day Activities

Join us in strategizing and executing robust recruitment plans to attract top-tier candidates efficiently.

• Collaborate to understand recruitment needs leveraging Google Suite & ATS systems for robust data management and insightful reporting.
• Communicate with finesse, leading hiring conversations with our regional candidates, managers, and collaborators.
• Master the use of our recruitment resources, tools, and channels to optimise sourcing strategies.
• Together, we'll solve complex recruitment situations making informed decisions and seeking advice when needed.

Qualifications

• Epitomises Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility, with a passion for assisting individuals on their career development path.
• A seasoned professional with 6 - 8 years of experience in both recruitment agencies and in-house Talent Acquisition environments, specialising in non-tech and tech recruitment.
• Skilled in interpreting complex data, identifying patterns, providing insights, and formulating effective solutions, with unwavering attention to detail.
• Proactive self-starter and a team player possessing excellent stakeholder management skills and capable of building relationships, interpreting needs accurately, resolving conflicts, and engaging in diplomatic negotiations with stakeholders of all levels.
