Job Description

Get to know the role:

• As part of the growth in the region, we are looking for an intern to work closely with our Product Operations and Product Management team. You will work with the team to streamline strategic initiatives, improve operational and administrative processes, and oversee some of our ongoing strategic cross-functional projects.
• This is a part-time position based in Malaysia. We're seeking a candidate with robust business administration and operational excellence experience. The role seeks to focus on optimizing team operations to drive impactful change and deliver tangible, positive value to the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and establish partnerships with various cross-functional departments to ensure seamless and successful implementation of projects.
• Lead Strategic Planning Initiatives, Business Review Sessions, and Operational Support for SEA Product Strategy and Operations Team involving planning, organising, and coordinating with business leaders on crafting agenda, consolidating content, facilitating meetings, and following up action items.
• Proactively identify issues and areas of enhancements that provide value-added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights to drive decision-making processes.
• Managing end-to-end project life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement internal operational processes to drive standardisation across multiple teams.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
• Strategic thinker, able to prioritize objectives according to business value and impact, and able to balance long-term vision with short and medium-term goals
• Data-driven, commercial and customer-focused, proactive, creative, and innovative
• Highly organized, pragmatic, and results-focused, driven to manage projects full cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products
• Able to work with leaders and collaborate within regional teams.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
