Team is a team responsible for all city expansion activities in the nationwide level. We make an impact by driving exponential growth to the business. If you are looking for something dynamic and challenging then you should join our team!

Get to know the role

Project lead on small size and execution campaigns from end-to-end to drive sales and demand in other cities with GrabFood by working closely with the Marketing team. You will be accountable for PMO and support the execution of campaigns in other cities and tracking performance. Our ambition is to be the market leader of food delivery app in Thailand

To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should be able to break down complex issues into executable campaigns and detailed tactics.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Project lead and PMO on new city launching campaigns and business as usual campaigns

  • Works with Marketing team to come up with campaign ideas, marketing materials, and communication strategy, including performance tracking

  • Works with cross-functional teams to develop consumer-related initiatives

  • Work with Social Team and CRM Team on content direction according to overall GrabFood strategy

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

  • At least 2-3 year experience in a marketing or marketing communications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or advertising

  • Positive attitude and has the ability to work with cross-functional teams effectively

  • Ability to work independently and dependently as a team

  • Excellent in project management skill and PMO skill

  • Able to create and articulate creative briefs and new campaign initiative

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English

  • Enjoys brainstorming, coming up with creative ideas, seeing it come to life and learning from it.

  • Loves the thrill of being in a fast-paced environment while being able to multitask to meet deadlines

  • High level of CAN DO attitude and hunger for success
