The SG Ops Training team runs the GrabAcademy, which drives training and upskilling initiatives for Grab driver-, delivery- and merchant-partners in Singapore. We make an impact by strengthening our partners’ capability and helping them to grow and progress in their career.

Get to know the role:
We are looking for a Marketing Design Intern to design and execute marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives of GrabAcademy. We believe a successful candidate has digital marketing, creative design and communication skills, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way.
This role is critical to support our ambition to drive awareness and adoption of our GrabAcademy initiatives. In return, you will get an opportunity to strengthen your marketing and design skill sets.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
You lead end-to-end marketing campaigns online & offline (including planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring and optimising)
You are responsible for creating marketing collaterals (including design, copywriting) and developing short videos which are customer-centric and aligned to overall brand guidelines
You will assist in managing content calendar, and our website & social media content
You provide design support in creating and optimising training materials
You support on-ground event activations and other brand building initiatives for GrabAcademy
You will need to go on ground to observe and identify our partners’ needs
Qualifications
The Must-Haves
You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
You have experience doing social media marketing (content creation and campaign management)
You can create engaging short videos using social media platforms (e.g. IG stories/reels, TikTok videos)
You can design and edit marketing collaterals using Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
You have working knowledge in using Microsoft suite of products (at least Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and Google suite of products (at least Google Document, Slides, Sheet)
You have an excellent command of written and spoken English
The Nice-to-Haves
Experience in event planning and management, website design, SEO, SEM, ChatGPT, photography/videography skills and social media advertising will be added advantage
