Get to Know the Opportunity:

We are currently looking to hire an intern for our team due to business expansion. Grab is currently expanding and at its optimal business cycle and this would be the best, and exciting time to join us!

Get to Know the Team:

The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes, and grows the business in Grab Singapore.

We contribute towards Grab’s vision of being Southeast Asia’s superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore. We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.

Get to Know the Role:

As part of the Singapore Operations team, this partnership role sits within the Strategy & Partnership functional team. The Partnerships team is responsible for planning, negotiating & closing high-impact deals & partnerships, spanning across all the business lines in Singapore (e.g. GrabFood, GrabCar, GrabMart, etc).

The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Play a role in identifying business cases/ areas of opportunities with key partners & add to the pipeline of future partners

  • Support in end-to-end deal management: identifying and pitching of right collaboration opportunities with partners, commercial negotiations, project management & execution

  • Ensure relationship management with partners, supporting the Manager in maintaining key relationships at mid to senior levels of large corporate institutions.

  • Collaborate well with multiple internal stakeholders including marketing, product, customer experience and operations, to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of partnership

  • Track success metrics of the partnership, including the ability to prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data/information

Qualifications

The Must-Haves:

  • Undergraduate in Business or other relevant courses

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Excellent communication skills
